Recently, I decided I'd cut back on six visits to three. Despite this, I still find myself waking up at 06:30 in the morning and walking up to the Gym. At the time of writing this, I'm on a six-day streak. I know I should do a rest day tomorrow, but I'm thinking otherwise.
